Good sweets but horrible courier service.

Sohan halwa was excellent but the parcel was sent through DTDC courier which is the worst courier service I have come across so far the parcel reached my city on 16th of June but nobody bothered to call me, on 18th I happen to call them and that is when I received confirmation that the parcel was with them. They do not have the policy of delivering to the residence, next day I had to travel 3 kilometres to fetch my parcel.
I have a humble request to you guys, please do not use the above courier to send any parcel to my city Chiplun.
